FreelyHired is an online platform that curates and presents remote work opportunities to registered users. Our platform collects user preferences via a brief survey, displays third-party job listings matched to those preferences, and provides links to third-party employer and job platform websites. FreelyHired is an informational and referral platform โ€” not an employer or staffing agency. We do not guarantee employment or income.

3. Affiliate Relationship Disclosure

FreelyHired participates in affiliate marketing programs. Job listing links on our platform may be affiliate links. When you click and register with a third-party platform, FreelyHired may receive a referral commission from that company โ€” not from you. This commission does not affect the cost of any service you access. FreelyHired endeavors to only list legitimate, reputable opportunities; however, we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms.

4. Eligibility

To use FreelyHired, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a legal resident of a country where remote work is lawfully permitted, provide accurate and complete registration information, and not have a previously terminated FreelyHired account.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate name and email information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; attempt to access or scrape data without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation; use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service; or harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FreelyHired โ€” including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software โ€” is the property of FreelyHired LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our platform contains links to third-party websites and job platforms. FreelyHired has no control over these third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you engage with.

9. Disclaimers

FreelyHired provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any job listing will result in employment or income, that salary ranges displayed are guaranteed, or that third-party employers will act in accordance with their listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreelyHired LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, employment, or data arising from your use of the Service or third-party platforms accessed through FreelyHired.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreelyHired LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@freelyhired.com.
